Roderick W. Tataryn, DDS, MS
Dr. Rod Tataryn graduated high school from Upper Columbia Academy in Spangle, Washington in 1982. Following his undergraduate studies in biology at Walla Walla University, Dr. Tataryn received his DDS degree from Loma Linda University in 1989, and practiced general dentistry for three years in Palm Springs, California. In 1992, he returned to Loma Linda University for a two-year post-graduate residency in Endodontics, receiving his graduate certificate as well as a Master of Science degree in Endodontics. In July of 1994, Dr. Tataryn returned to Spokane to establish Tataryn Endodontics.
Dr. Tataryn lectures both nationally and internationally and has published scientific and clinical articles in the field of endodontics. Dr. Tataryn has served on the Clinical Practice Committee for the American Association of Endodontists and is a contributing author for two endodontic textbooks: The Sixth Edition of Ingle's Endodontics, and the Second Edition of PDQ Endodontics.
